    Pure Goodness

I thought I'd never have another sub sandwich once I went gluten free on January 27, 2012.  I gave these a try, and I immediately fell in love with them.  I don't eat bread often (as I had gotten so used to being without it), but this gf bread is GREAT!

I live in 02038 and where could I purchase the gf sub rolls? Thanks for your time :)

I almost cried the first time I tried these...

It has been so long since I could have a real sub sandwich that tasted like a real sub sandwich, and not the disintegrating buns you get from other brands. Plus that slight sourdough taste is the best. I'm super picky about GF breads. I used to bake my own artisan sourdough bread before I found out about my issues with gluten. This is the first GF bread that I have actually liked and didn't just say that to fool myself into liking it! Please don't stop making these, and please please please get them in more stores!

    Love these

They are so good but so expensive! Does it cost a lot more to make these versus the gluten containing equivalent?

    Individualized Rolls

I love that you individualize the rolls in the packaging. Since I live alone & don't use sub rolls often, this type of packaging makes it easier not to waste these very delicious rolls. I wish your other rolls were packaged loke this!!

Hi Stacey, Thanks for the input! For the items that are not individually wrapped, you can freeze them to prolong their shelf life! Take the rolls that you are not using and put them in airtight sandwich size bags in the freezer, this way you can take one out as you need it. With the parbaked items, you can put them directly into the oven (just increase the bake time) Best, Anna from Schar

    I love the sub rolls

I made a panini type sandwich with one of the rolls. Leftover pork roast, provolone, pickles wrapped in foil and heated on the stove pressed in a cast iron skillet. My homemade cuban type sandwich. The bread was soft. No grit and no metallic taste. I can't wait until I can purchase these locally. Thank you Schar.

    Feedback: 11 on a scale from 1 - 10

I found the Schar products at GF Joes in Tukwilla, WA. I tried the sub sandwich roll as my first Schar product. I could not believe how wonderful the texture, color, feel and taste was! I have tried several GF breads (from frozen to fresh baked from GF bakery) and these were the best. I am going to try the other Schar parbaked products ... I could not be happier. Sincerely ... Gloria
