Meatballs with paprika

I always add freshly ground coriander to my ground meat for an extra layer of flavor. Instead of frying, I bake the meatballs in the oven, turning every 10 minutes to get rid of much of the fat. Instead of depending upon the fat for flavor, the coriander does the trick!
