Method

Preparation Zorba: Place the chopped marjoram leaves, the diced tomato, the olives cut into slices and the cucumber slices into a bowl and season with olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix everything together well and leave to stand. In the meantime, slice the Schär white roll in half and warm the inner side of the bread briefly on a frying pan. Spread one side of the bread with the cheese, lay the meatball and the drained vegetables on top, spread with the tzatziki sauce, and then top with the other half of the roll. 

Preparation Tsatziki Sauce: Peel and chop the clove of garlic and the cucumber, add the yoghurt, salt, oil, and lemon juice, and mix everything together well. The chopped mint leaves or dill may be added as desired.

  • Ingredients Zorba: 1 Schär gluten-free classic white roll, 1 cooked meatball, 1/2 a tomato, 2-3 marjoram leaves, 1 slice of onion, 2 black Greek olives, 2 slices of cucumber, 30 gr. (1 oz.) Greek feta cheese, 1 tablespoon tzatziki sauce, salt and pepper to taste, 2-3 drops wine vinegar, 2-3 drops cold-pressed olive oil 

    Ingredients Tsatziki Sauce: 1 clove of garlic, 1 fresh cucumber, 1 small container plain yoghurt, salt to taste, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon oil, 2-3 chopped mint leaves or sprigs of dill as desired
