Schar Gluten Free Bread Crumbs
I recently purchased bread crumbs and when I was using realized it had a "carboardish" smell to it. As I have not used the product before I thought it was just the way it smelled. After I tasted the food I realized it was not right. I went back to the bag and it was sold to me by the store 10 days from expiration. I assume that as long as it was sold before the expiration the vendor was ok, but was surprised it was not good. I would be careful to ensure that any store has adequate turnover.Category:
