A peek into what's new at Schar in 2011

The new year brings exciting changes and developments for Schar, which we would like to share with you. Here are our top three resolutions for 2011.
1. We will continue to innovate and to expand our product line to bring you the best tasting gluten-free foods with superior nutritional value. The first new products are our two frozen breads, Schar Hearty Grain and our fortified Hearty White bread. This month, look in your grocer’s freezer for these delicious breads.
2. We will increase our manufacturing capabilities and add to our nationwide distribution. This January, Schar will break ground for a brand new plant in the United States. As with all of our production facilities, this plant is dedicated gluten-free and designed to meet the highest quality standards worldwide.
3. We will expand our information services to make your gluten-free life easier. We are committed to sharing our gluten-free know how and expertise with the gluten-free community. We will keep developing high quality information and educational materials tailored towards the needs of individuals with celiac disease and gluten intolerance.
