Tour of Schär as a holiday excursion

A tour of Schär was a welcome addition to the holidays of roughly 35 travellers with coeliac condition who were staying at the Hotel Weiss in Rabland in the Vinschgau valley. Jeandrine Kastelein, who was also a guest at the Hotel Weiss, came up with the idea and as a result, the varied group from five nations visited the company's site and got to find out at first hand how and where Schär’s gluten-free products are made.
